How do I get started?
Paste a link to your availability page and we build your dashboard on the spot — free, no account, no card. From there you set up your firm: add your team, drop in any leases or terms you have, and connect your inbox so it stays current. Prefer a hand? Choose "set it up with me" and a real person does it with you. No separate abstraction product to buy — it's included.
What if I don't have a public availability page?
No problem — send us three leases instead and we'll abstract them onto your own data, free, so you still see the system working on your portfolio before you decide. Most firms have at least one of the two.
Does it really keep itself up to date?
It's fed by documents and your inbox, not data entry. Once you connect (read-only), viewings, offers, fee letters and new leases file themselves against the right property. Some things naturally live alongside the documents and get layered in over time — we're upfront that the documents get you most of the way fast, and the rest fills in as you work. It only ever asks you what a document can't answer.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your documents are processed in an isolated, private workspace, and no data is used to train any AI model. We sign a data processing agreement and an NDA, your data lives in a database you own and can export at any time, and connections are read-only and revocable.
How accurate is the abstraction — and is this legal advice?
Our pipeline is purpose-built for UK commercial leases and accuracy on standard terms is high. Every field carries a confidence flag, and anything ambiguous is highlighted so you know where to check against the source. Abstracts are a structured summary to support your professionals — not legal advice — and for critical dates we always recommend verifying against the source lease.
Do I have to switch systems?
No. Your data exports cleanly to CSV or Excel, and you can run Agenovas alongside what you have or let it replace the spreadsheet stack entirely — your call.
